How it works

1. You refer a friend to Casa UK Mortgages.
2. They arrange and complete their mortgage through us.
3. Once their mortgage completes, you receive a £50 Amazon voucher within 6 weeks.

By submitting this form, you confirm that your friend has agreed to be contacted by Casa UK Mortgages.

Casa UK Mortgages Ltd reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility.

04 How to Participate

To qualify:

1. An existing client must refer a friend to Casa UK Mortgages Ltd.
2. The referred individual must make contact directly with Casa UK Mortgages Ltd.
3. The referred individual must provide the name of the referrer prior to or at the point of application.
4. The referred individual must proceed with and complete a regulated mortgage arranged by Casa UK Mortgages Ltd.

Agreement in Principle or mortgage offer alone does not constitute completion.

05 Qualifying Criteria

A referral will qualify only where:

1. The mortgage transaction legally completes; and
2. Completion occurs after the promotion commencement date.

If the mortgage application does not proceed to legal completion for any reason, no incentive will be payable.

Only one voucher will be payable per completed mortgage transaction, regardless of the number
of applicants.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an eligible client may make; however, each referral must meet these Terms & Conditions.

06 Reward

1. The reward is a £50 Amazon voucher.
2. The voucher is non-transferable.
3. No cash alternative will be offered.
4. The voucher will be issued within 6 weeks of legal completion.

Casa UK Mortgages Ltd reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

07 Fees and Advice

The referred client’s fee arrangement will remain unchanged and will not be affected by this promotion.

All mortgage advice provided by Casa UK Mortgages Ltd remains suitability-led and in accordance with FCA rules and Consumer Duty obligations.

This incentive does not affect the advice you receive or the recommendation made.

08 Data Protection

Referrers must ensure they have permission before sharing any personal data.
Alternatively, the referrer may provide the firm’s contact details to the referred individual, who may then initiate contact directly.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the firm’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

No unsolicited marketing will take place.

09 Promotion Period

This promotion will commence upon written approval from HL Partnership Limited and will remain open until withdrawn.

Casa UK Mortgages Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

10 General

• The promoter reserves the right to decline any referral that does not meet these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter’s decision in relation to the promotion is final.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
